The NM HPWP aims to become a resource for health professionals struggling with well-being. We are curating resources for work-related burnout, depression and suicidal thoughts, physical manifestations of stress, and health promotion.

A self-help interactive program with modules for depression, generalized anxiety and worry, social anxiety, relationship breakdown and loss and grief. E-couch provides evidence-based information and teaches strategies drawn from cognitive, behavioral, and interpersonal therapies.
